Rhayader round the lakes 30K - 18th September 2021
The race is a challenging road run but extremely beautiful. In their words ‘The race starts at the Rugby Club in Rhayader and will take you out around the lovely Elan Valley Reservoirs and finishes back at the Rugby Club in Rhayader.
The 30km Race is a demanding race but is certainly one of the most scenic courses in the British Isles’ They’re not wrong!
Challenging/demanding/beautiful
I was 2nd female overall and 1st FV55 in a time of 2.21.41
Carl Salmon and Roy Nutbeem from the Buzzards also did the race.
Carl 2.07.53 he was 13th overall and 3rd in the age group
